Answers to the common questions, plus a direct line to us.
Fairness
What does provably fair mean here?
Before you bet, we publish SHA-256 of a secret server seed. Outcomes come from HMAC-SHA256(serverSeed, clientSeed:nonce:cursor). Rotate your seed at any time to reveal the server seed and recompute every bet you placed on it.
Can the house change my odds?
No. There is no bankroll pool and no per-player tuning. The house edge is a flat 1% baked into the paytables, identical for everyone.
Wallet
Which coins can I deposit?
Whatever the operator has enabled - typically USDT, USDC, BTC, ETH, LTC, TRX and SOL. Your balance is always held and displayed in USD.
Are there wagering requirements on bonuses?
None. Promo credit is ordinary balance and can be withdrawn immediately.
How long do withdrawals take?
Requests are reviewed manually and usually sent within a few hours.
