1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, and old enough to gamble legally where you live, to hold an account on 92stake.club. One account per person. Creating multiple accounts to claim promotions more than once will result in suspension and forfeiture of the bonus.
2. Your account
You are responsible for keeping your password safe. Do not share your account. We will never ask you for your password or for the private keys to any wallet.
3. Deposits and withdrawals
Balances are held in USD. Crypto deposits are converted at the rate displayed at the time you submit the deposit, and credited after the transaction is confirmed and reviewed. Withdrawals are converted back at the rate displayed when you request them and are sent after manual review. A rejected withdrawal is refunded to your balance in full and automatically.
Send only the coin and network shown on the deposit screen. Funds sent on the wrong network cannot be recovered.
4. Bonuses and promo codes
Promo credit is ordinary, withdrawable balance. There are no wagering requirements attached to it. Codes are limited per account and per network address as configured, and abusing them — through multiple accounts or automation — voids the credit.
5. Fair play
Every game outcome is derived from a committed server seed, your client seed and a nonce, as described on How it works. Automating play, exploiting a defect rather than reporting it, or interfering with the settlement of a bet is grounds for suspension and reversal of the affected bets.
6. Limits
Minimum and maximum bet sizes, maximum win per bet, and withdrawal limits are shown in the interface and may be adjusted. Limits in force at the moment a bet settles are the ones that apply.
7. Responsible play
Gambling should be entertainment, not income. Never stake money you cannot afford to lose. If it stops being fun, ask us to close your account — we will, without argument.
8. Changes
We may update these terms. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
